📍 Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Australia. We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations.

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Displayed at checkout based on your order size and delivery location

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $200 AUD

Note: Delivery times may vary for rural or remote areas.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

🚫 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or customs issues. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
